In her role as General Manager, at Top Down Roofing & Exteriors Tika leads with purpose, overseeing day-to-day operations, project delivery, team performance, and client satisfaction. She brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on experience, along with a passion for mentoring teams and building lasting relationships with clients, partners, and the community.

Tika’s leadership is grounded in her personal story. As a former teen mom who built a career while raising a family, she brings not just professional expertise—but heart, resilience, and vision—to every role she steps into. She has served the community through organizations like Habitat for Humanity, the Veterans Community Project, and the Women in Construction Summer Academy. by a vision to inspire change, push boundaries, we deliver work that truly makes a difference.
Our values
Faith, family, and service are at the center of Tika’s life. Together with her husband, she has raised eight children—through birth, adoption, and foster care—and now enjoys spending time with their eight grandchildren. Her leadership philosophy is simple: lead with love, build with excellence, and leave a legacy that lifts others.
